I have an issue with my product what can I do?

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. Leather is a natural material and as such variations in colour, texture, grain, marks and creases are part of this material's unique characteristic.If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and repair or replace the product for you.
